Dineshwar Gaur is a Superintending Engineer & Project Manager for the South Asian University Project working for the Government of India. He also conducts mediations and conciliation in construction and infrastructure projects. He has a long experience in matters of claim management, quantum and delay analysis, construction disputes, etc.
He is a civil engineer and has also completed his MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. He has completed his Master’s in Business Law from NLSIU, Bangalore and Certificate Course in IPR from Indian Law Institute. He has also completed the Fellowship Level Course of CIArb (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators) on International Commercial Arbitration.
