Professor (Dr.) Dilip Ukey is the Vice Chancellor of Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) Mumbai. He has previously served as Professor and HoD, Department of Law, Pune University; Pro Vice-Chancellor & Acting-Vice Chancellor at SRTM University, Nanded, and Visiting Research Fellow at New South Wales University, Australia. He is an expert in Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Human Rights, and his work in these fields is recognized in national and international fora.
He has served on various high-level committees of UGC, NAAC, UPSC, and State Public Service Commissions. He was awarded the ‘Best Academician Award 2019’ by Indian National Bar Association. Among his vast legal scholarship, two books, ‘The Jurisprudence of Legal Theory’ and ‘Revisiting Reforms in the Criminal Justice System in India’ published by Thomson Reuters in 2020 are his latest contributions.

Chirag Balyan is the Coordinator, Centre for Arbitration & Research (CAR) and Assistant Professor of Law at Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai. He teaches courses on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), International Arbitration and Mediation at the University. At the University he has been instrumental in setting up ADR Society, Moot Court Society, Centre for Arbitration and Research and Centre for Mediation and Research.
He is actively involved in the training of judges, lawyers, police officers, prosecutors, industry professionals and law students on various legal issues including Arbitration, Mediation, Negotiation and Advocacy Skills. He is pursuing his doctorate from the Symbiosis Law School, Symbiosis International University, Pune. Earlier, he has served as law clerk cum research assistant to the Chief Justice of India and other judges of the Supreme Court of India. Recently his co-edited book titled, 'Commercial Arbitration and International Trends and Practices' was published by Thomson Reuters.
Abhisar Vidyarthi is an Associate at the Dispute Resolution Practice of AZB & Partners in New Delhi, India. Abhisar graduated from the Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai in 2020.
He has many publications to his name in the field of international arbitration, and is a frequent contributor to the forums such as the Kluwer Arbitration Blog, Transnational Dispute Management (TDM) Journal, among others.
