Rajarshi Singh is an advocate at the Supreme Court of India and is currently an associate at the ADP Chambers. He is also the Founder of EASTLEGAL ARBITRATION (India) where he focuses on arbitration and commercial dispute resolution. He has completed his LL.M. at Stockholm University, Sweden His work examines issues relating to arbitral jurisdiction, judicial intervention in arbitration, investment treaty frameworks, and regulatory governance.
He has authored and co-authored several papers on arbitration law, investment arbitration, competition law, insolvency, constitutional accountability, and emerging questions in public international law. His scholarship engages with both doctrinal and policy-oriented perspectives, aiming to provide critical insight into evolving legal and institutional frameworks.
